The Ridgway Area MS/HS curriculum adheres to state standards in all subjects, including the core areas of language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies. Student Services

We want all of our students to reach their highest potential during their time here at RMHS. To that end, we believe in providing opportunities that foster growth and promote success.

We offer educational and support services in and out of the classroom that enhance the academic, social, and developmental achievement of every student.

Gifted & Special Education

Our schools freely and appropriately educate students identified with special needs/abilities in the least restrictive environment suitable for their individual needs in accordance with federal and state laws.

Homework Club

Homework Club is a free service that gives middle school students the opportunity to be proactive regarding the completion of homework and class assignments.

Campus Center

The Campus Center Program provides academic assistance to students who experience difficulty in their classes. The program addresses all areas of the curriculum. We encourage students to attend the Campus Center for the following reasons:

  • Failed for the 9-week period
  • Received a progress report
  • Need help completing assignments/preparing for tests
  • Teacher/Parent referral
  • Work on group projects
